The A-DATA SSD X25-M series have been tested on Intel-based notebook and desktop platforms.

The A-DATA SSD X25-M with Intel Multi-Level Cell (MLC) NAND flash memory and are constructed of 10-channel parallel architecture with 50nm MLC NAND ONFI 1.0 is reached, which speeds up to 250MB/sec read and 70MB/sec write speeds up to 85 microsecond read latency. These SSDs are also compatible with 2.5-inch SATA interface and are available in capacities of 80 GB and 160 GB.
