SSDs are fast, tenacious and costly. The G Drive Mini is no exception; 120GB of solid state memory in an aluminum housing for a price of $ 599. Let us see what else to expect from this small and reliable storage medium.

There are two versions of The G Drive Mini, a double and a triple interface interface. I got a triple with FW800, FW400 and USB 2.0 ports. The package (cable and CD), a leather bag, you to your belt or something, but I wonder who is actually doing.

The G Drive Mini is about twice as thick as a 2.5 “hard drive and is equipped with a cooling at the bottom. Passive cooling of the disc can be made without noise. If you are not careful, you can cut. Given how little effort was taken to the edges, it is strange that it is not the case.
