VIA Announced the VB8002 Mini-ITX board for the Home Media Server device. The VIA VB8002 on a 1.6 GHz VIA Nano processor, VIA CX700M2 Unified Digital Media chipset and integrated VIA UniChrome Pro II 3D/2D AGP graphics with MPEG-2 / 4 and WMV9 decoding acceleration. It supports up to 1GB memory, and offers a 7.1-channel HD audio.

VIA’s VB8002 Mini-ITX board has one PCI slot, two SATA and ATA connnecotr connection. You can also onboard HDTV TV-out encoder, Ethernet controller and a DVI connector. It has SCART (RGB), an LPC header and an LVDS connector.

VIA VB8002 is the earliest for about $ 110
